The panelists kicked off the session with stories of how their unique identities have shaped their careers. They shared insights into the challenges they’ve faced, the breakthroughs th

ey’ve achieved, and the strategies they’ve implemented to promote inclusivity. Attendees appreciated the open discussion and candid reflections, with panelists answering pre-prepared questions as well as live inquiries from the audience via a QR code-enabled submission system.

The event was designed with a thoughtful touch, including a refreshment table offering fruit, baked goods, and water, and a welcoming space for members of invited organizations like the Queer Business Association, Asian Business Association, and Black Business Association.
